About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will be someone with excitement and dedication in serving guests. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage management team, with a primary focus on the Room Service operation. Responsibilities include supervising the team, providing exceptional service, handling guest complaints, and being innovative with offerings and guest service. The role requires receiving guest requests and acting on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken, utilizing intuition and articulation.
Requirements
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred
- TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage
- Work authorization in the United States
Responsibilities
- Supervising the team
- Providing above and beyond service
- Handling guest complaints
- Being innovative with offerings and guest service
- Receiving guest requests and taking action on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken
