About The Position
Cherry Hills Country Club is currently seeking qualified candidates for seasonal and year-round Platinum Servers. Platinum servers provide banquet and à la carte food and beverage service in an upscale environment to Club members and guests. Service may include a la carte restaurant service and social events.
Requirements
- Minimum of one-year fine dining experience or similar qualification
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work with a team
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Engaging personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to work in a fast paced, upscale environment
- Flexible with hours, a changing schedule, holidays and weekends
Responsibilities
- Providing members and guests with an exceptional dining experience
- Accurate use of Point-of-sale system
- Learning members names and preferences to provide best-in-class service
- Full menu/beverage knowledge, basic wine knowledge
