About The Position

This role involves preparing sales-related documents, promoting brand awareness, and assisting with revenue and marketing programs for food and beverage outlets and room service. The coordinator will also develop and implement social media and beverage promotional programs, manage sales software, and serve as a point of contact for clients. Key responsibilities include answering guest inquiries, coordinating event reservations, and performing general office duties. The role also emphasizes adherence to company policies, maintaining a professional appearance, protecting company assets, and fostering positive working relationships. It requires the ability to handle objects up to 10 pounds and to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

  • At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
  • Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  • Assist the management team to develop, implement, and execute revenue and marketing programs for all outlets and room service.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement social media initiatives and beverage promotional programs.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in sales software.
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities and services.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, responding to questions and requests via phone and email.
  • Coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events for parties of six or more.
  • Coordinate the selling of all food and beverage in hospitality suites through the Room Service Department.
  • Perform general office duties to support Champions and Room Service (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying).
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure personal appearance is professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
  • Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
