This role involves defining, implementing, and managing all Food & Beverage processes and standard operating procedures. The manager will develop and manage processes, project plans, timelines, and tasks between various departments to ensure deadlines are met. This includes contributing to and facilitating new Food and Beverage innovation, overseeing test item processes, and supporting the team by managing projects such as training and menu roll-outs. The position serves as the primary administrator of the Food & Beverage POS system and facilitates communication with vendor partners. Key responsibilities include tracking project performance, monitoring requisitions, transfers, and inventory activity, developing strategies to improve quality and reliability, and managing all Food & Beverage project budgets. The role also involves assisting with other duties and projects assigned by the Food & Beverage Director.
