About The Position

This role is responsible for setting up, restocking, maintaining, and cleaning all bars and self-serve stations. The Food & Beverage Porter will serve guests in a friendly, professional, timely, and enthusiastic manner. Key duties include monitoring and replenishing food and beverage supplies, deep cleaning equipment, stocking ice, operating the POS system when needed, assisting bartenders during peak times, and reporting any loss or theft. The position also requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, reporting hazards and defective equipment, and complying with all Health and Safety requirements, including the use of PPE. The role may also involve other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and communication skills
Ability to perform tasks effectively and safely within prescribed time limits
Ability to acquire an AGCO Cat 2 license
Valid Smart Serve required

Responsibilities

Set up, restock, maintain and clean all bars and self-serve stations
Serve guest in a friendly, professional, timely and enthusiastic manner
Monitor stock and replenish all food and beverage supplies (including paper items) to ensure smooth operation of the outlets and self-serve stations
Deep clean coffee pots, coffee machines, self-serve stations, bars and storage outlets
Stock ice for bars and replenish as required
Operate POS system when required
Break bartenders and help bartender at peak times
Report any loss or theft of company property to management
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Inspect work area daily and report any hazards and/or defective equipment to management
Comply with all Health and Safety requirements including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Report all injuries, accidents and unusual conditions to management immediately
Performs other duties as assigned or directed
