About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to serve as the General Manager of Proof, our Classic American restaurant, overseeing the daily operations, performance, and success of this signature dining destination. This role leads a talented team, drives financial results, and ensures an exceptional dining experience that reflects Four Seasons' renowned service standards. We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to cultivating a strong team culture while elevating the restaurant's continued success.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in luxury hospitality or upscale dining environments.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume restaurant operations.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, or luxury resort environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Proof and In Casita Dining operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to Four Seasons service standards.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Drive financial performance through effective management of revenue, labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, and overall operating expenses.
• Partner with Culinary and Beverage leadership to deliver innovative dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and execution.
• Serve as a visible leader by building strong relationships with guests, employees, and resort leadership while supporting strategic initiatives, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operating standards.
