About The Position
The Wilderness Resort is seeking a hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individual to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more! The Outlet Cashier is responsible for sales transactions which may involve cash, credit cards, room charges, gift cards, coupons, and marketing promotions. Complete knowledge about how to complete each transaction in a timely manner is key. This is a part- or full-time position with day, night, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter.
- Assist guests with any questions they may have regarding the menu or pricing of food and beverage items.
- Assist in cooking food items when needed.
- Assist in preparing Deli To-Go items as needed.
- Ring up all guest orders, take payment, and process change.
- Stock goods used throughout their shift at the end of each shift.
- Ensure accuracy and totality of a cash bank.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and presentable work environment.
- Clean the outlet at the end of each shift including but not limited to dishes, sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, washing windows, and taking out garbage.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
