Since 1947, The Colony Palm Beach has been the center of Palm Beach social life, hosting U.S. Presidents, European Royalty, and welcoming travelers from around the world. The hotel is a historic, luxury boutique establishment known for its polished charm and ambiance, located steps away from world-famous shopping and dining on Worth Avenue and the Atlantic Ocean. The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for providing management and related services for The Colony Palm Beach in Palm Beach, Florida, The Hedges Inn in East Hampton, New York, and any future projects of the Wetenhall family. This role involves leading exceptional employee and guest experiences by managing the team responsible for executing Food and Beverage operations across all facilities. The position supports the day-to-day business operations, including all food & beverage areas and entertainment services. The Manager will also lead people and culture initiatives, including hiring, training, coaching, and retention, and will be responsible for operational aspects such as opening/closing, management shifts, inventory management, scheduling, facilities, and profit and loss accountability.
