The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the supervision, training, and management of the food service operation. Duties include directing and overseeing the daily operations of our Food & Bev department, daily evaluation of numbers set by budget and management, opening and closing of daily paperwork, safety and sanitation, and employee management. This is a working management role.
