About The Position

As our Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) , you’ll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and consis tently . You’ll work alongside the General Manager and Assistant G eneral Manager t o oversee daily operations, with a primary focus on deliver ing a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience—every single day.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Flexible availability to work various shifts , including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in problem solving to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations.

Nice To Haves

• Strong leadership experience , ideally in food service or retail environment s is a plus

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our food and beverage programs—fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Monitor trends and work with peers to create action plans to optimize results.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate them to provide outstanding customer service.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Recognize great performance and help A ssociates grow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets all health and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth and efficient operations.
