About The Position

A premier 60 -acre oceanfront family resort in the heart of the Florida Keys, is seeking a dynamic F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management or related field.
4+ years of F&B management experience in a luxury resort or multi -outlet hotel.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and customer service skills.
Proven track record in managing budgets, inventory, and high -volume operations.
Excellent communication and team -building abilities.
Flexible availability, including peak seasons, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of the Florida Keys market and tropical/luxury dining is a plus.
Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada.
The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.

Responsibilities

Manage day -to -day F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, pools, room service, and banquets.
Lead, train, and develop F&B teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
Drive revenue through menu development, promotions, and cost control (food, beverage, and labor).
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team and other departments for seamless events and daily operations.
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and service quality.
