About The Position

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and service while meeting or exceeding financial goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations
  • Ensure guest and employee satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and service
  • Develop and implement business plans for food and beverage
  • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations
  • Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
