The Grand Adirondack Hotel is seeking an experienced and hands on Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across our food and beverage outlets, including Marcy Restaurant, Marcy Bar, seasonal rooftop operations, and small banquet events. This position plays a key leadership role in delivering a high quality guest experience while maintaining strong operational and financial performance. The ideal candidate is an organized, service driven leader who is comfortable managing restaurant and bar operations while also supporting private events and group functions.
