The Food & Beverage Manager supports the Hotel Manager in the day to day operation of the lodge, with primary responsibility for the Food & Beverage program including front of house service and culinary. This role provides leadership and oversight to ensure the department operates efficiently, delivers exceptional guest experiences and contributes meaningfully to overall financial performance. The position requires a balance of hands on operational leadership and administrative oversight, including team supervision, problem solving and continuous improvement of service standards. Along with a year-round hotel, pub and dining room, The Lodge at Arrow Lakes is also host to the CMH Kootenay Heli-Skiing operation during winter months.
