About The Position

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team engagement. You will play a key role in driving service standards, developing associates, managing financial performance, and maintaining compliance with Rosewood brand expectations. This position partners closely with Food & Beverage leadership, hotel departments, vendors, and ownership stakeholders to deliver memorable experiences and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest service and memorable dining experiences.
Ensure Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA service standards are executed consistently across all outlet operations.
Drive outlet performance through effective labor management, scheduling, payroll administration, and financial analysis.
Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop associates while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
Monitor guest feedback and service recovery efforts to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
Oversee outlet readiness, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and operational compliance to support seamless service delivery.
