About The Position

The F&B Operations Lead is responsible for monitoring the F&B Outlet operations ensuring that guest transactions are conducted in a timely manner, the outlet is stocked, clean, and that all equipment is working properly. Team Member will be responsible for handling escalated guest service issues and transactions, ensuring the matter is resolved. The Team Member will be the point of contact for the team, assisting the Manger on Duty or Supervisor with the operations of the outlet.

Requirements

  • Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel.
  • Must have a positive, upbeat attitude.
  • Ability to work in close proximity with co-workers
  • Ability to work at a very rapid pace
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the F&B Outlet.
  • Ability to Solve guest issues and provide Winning Experiences
  • A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum one-year experience in Food and Beverage operations.
  • Valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

  • Upholds the company and departmental service standards.
  • Ensures the safety and security of Team Members and Guests.
  • Ensures quality of product being served to guests is up to standard.
  • Observes if there are any cleaning or maintenance of equipment needed and Supervisors or Managers.
  • Responsible for attending guest complaints and/or issues resolving matters as expediently as possible.
  • Fills in as bartender, cook, and server as needed.
  • Escalate team member performance concerns to leadership
  • Assists with training staff in various F&B roles.
  • Other duties as assigned.
