The F&B Operations Lead is responsible for monitoring the F&B Outlet operations ensuring that guest transactions are conducted in a timely manner, the outlet is stocked, clean, and that all equipment is working properly. Team Member will be responsible for handling escalated guest service issues and transactions, ensuring the matter is resolved. The Team Member will be the point of contact for the team, assisting the Manger on Duty or Supervisor with the operations of the outlet.
