Are you passionate about hospitality, food & beverage, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Join our team in beautiful Key West as a Food & Beverage Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced boutique hotel environment. This 12-month J-1 Internship is designed for hospitality-driven individuals looking to grow their operational knowledge while learning alongside experienced leaders in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of Food & Beverage operations while living and working in one of the most unique destinations in the country. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related program
  • Eligible for a J-1 Internship or Trainee Program
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations within a boutique hospitality environment
