Join our team in beautiful Key West as a Food & Beverage Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced boutique hotel environment. This 12-month J-1 Internship is designed for hospitality-driven individuals looking to grow their operational knowledge while learning alongside experienced leaders in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of Food & Beverage operations while living and working in one of the most unique destinations in the country.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related program
Eligible for a J-1 Internship or Trainee Program
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations within a boutique hospitality environment
Exposure to restaurant, bar, banquet, and guest service operations
Training in leadership, team engagement, guest relations, and service standards
Experience with luxury and lifestyle hospitality operations
Mentorship from experienced hospitality leaders
Opportunity to develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills
