About The Position

The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Food & Beverage Intern to join their talented team in Summer 2027. This internship offers a chance to start a career journey with Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis, fostering connection, celebrating character, and developing craftsmanship. As an Intern, you will join a uniquely talented team dedicated to supporting your growth and helping you do your best work. The internship is in the Riva Restaurant and Pool department, with approximate service dates from May 2027 to August 2027. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with eight-to-ten hour shifts. Scheduled days and times may vary based on need, and open availability is required Monday through Sunday.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in undergraduate/graduate school
Applicants must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Working knowledge of and ability to operate technology and computer systems
A genuine passion for hospitality and desire to be the best!

Nice To Haves

A minimum three months of working experience in hospitality or customer service industry preferred
Educational studies toward a degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred
A supplemental statement (one paragraph max.) expressing their interest in a Four Seasons internship is not required, but highly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas
Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands
Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner
Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively
Assist in the role of Server Assistant and Host/ess as needed
