Provide excellent service to restaurant customers. Greet guests; seat them in restaurant according to rotation schedule. Ability to operate ProHost or a computerized seating and reservation system. Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials. Keep work area neat and clean. Handle/solve guests’ concerns. Build relationships with customers. Abide by appearance standards. Delight our guests with outstanding service. Ensure service recovery activities. Exhibit sound decision-making with emphasis on motivating team and maintaining high morale. Participative member of the team by volunteering and being involved with projects, committees, and task forces by providing input and suggestions. Take drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drinks and presents drinks to guests. Assist Server by taking initial beverage order when necessary. Assist Service Assistants &/or Servers with clearing, cleaning & resetting tables as needed. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines. Follow guidelines of the EBCI liquor laws as defined by the Tribal ABC Board. Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner. Endorse the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision, and Values.
