Requirements

• Fun, energetic, and friendly – You love creating great experiences and making people smile.
• Comfortable talking with guests, listening, helping, and creating positive interactions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team while bringing great energy every day.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that may include loud noises and confined spaces.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Bring a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a passion for helping guests create unforgettable memories!

Nice To Haves

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages while delivering friendly, engaging guest service.
• Interact with guests and families to make every visit fun and welcoming.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Restock supplies, maintain displays, manage lines, and keep work areas organized.
• Support fellow Hosts, assist with daily operations, and help create a positive atmosphere.
• Support opening and closing procedures to keep the attraction running smoothly.
