About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and oversee all aspects of our restaurant, banquet, and kitchen operations. As a key member of the hotel’s executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in guest experience, team performance, and financial results. You will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for hospitality to ensure our food and beverage offerings exceed expectations and align with Hilton standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of senior F&B management experience in a hotel environment.
Proven track record in team leadership, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
Strong knowledge of Micros POS, inventory control, and hotel systems (Hilton OnQ preferred).
Smart Serve certification required.
Creative, organized, and passionate about food, service, and people.

Nice To Haves

University degree or college diploma in Hospitality or related field is an asset.
Bilingual (English/French) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute short- and long-term financial and operational plans aligned with hotel objectives.
Collaborate with the Executive Committee to shape high-level strategies and policies.
Lead the implementation of Hilton programs, tools, and brand standards.
Regularly review and adjust strategies to meet evolving business needs.
Direct all F&B outlets including restaurant, banquet, and kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, health and safety regulations, and SOPs.
Oversee menu development, food presentation, and quality control.
Monitor and manage cost controls, inventory, and Micros POS systems.
Ensure superior cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and team members.
Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
Promote interdepartmental collaboration and communication.
Champion Hilton’s “Make It Right” service culture.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop local community relationships and represent the hotel in civic and industry events.
Leverage social media and marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement.
Create and manage annual budgets for all F&B departments.
Analyze financial reports and KPIs to drive revenue and profitability.
Implement innovative promotions and revenue-generating programs.
Ensure departments operate within approved budgets and forecast targets.
