The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for maintaining and strictly abiding by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements. This role involves ensuring compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department, maintaining food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. The position requires establishing, maintaining, and training standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions, and developing accurate financial objectives for the department. The Director is responsible for handling guest-related issues and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining communication with the General Manager and other department managers. This role also involves managing employee performance to ensure productivity and a quality work environment, and maintaining the department's annual budget. Other duties as assigned.
