What You Will Do: Supervise and support a team of food and beverage associates to deliver timely, friendly service across all dining areas. Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and team performance. Serve as a key link between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Step in as needed to support bartending, bussing, or food running duties to maintain efficient service flow. Manage scheduling and supply orders to balance business needs with labor and cost control.
