About The Position

We are looking for an energetic early bird with a great smile and a passion for taking care of people to join our Food & Beverage team! As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience for our hotel guests. You'll be one of the first team members our guests interact with each morning, so a positive attitude, friendly personality, and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Requirements

An early riser who is dependable and ready to work in the morning.
Energetic, upbeat, and comfortable interacting with guests.

Reliable and punctual.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while staying positive and organized.
Comfortable standing, walking, cleaning, stocking, and assisting guests throughout the shift.
Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality or food service experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to take care of our guests are just as important.

Responsibilities

Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the breakfast experience.
Set up and prepare the complimentary breakfast area before service begins.
Keep breakfast items stocked, fresh, clean, and attractively presented.
Maintain cleanliness of the buffet, dining area, tables, counters, and service stations.
Clear and reset tables as needed.
Assist guests with questions and special requests.
Monitor food and beverage levels and communicate with the kitchen when additional items are needed.
Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Help break down and clean the breakfast area after service.
Work as part of the hotel team to make sure every guest starts their day with a great experience.
