This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, particularly during the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour.” The attendant will oversee the Kickback through food preparation and clean-up, maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and lobby areas, ensure food safety standards are met, and keep supplies stocked. A high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality is expected to promote the Drury culture. The role also involves answering guest questions about the hotel, area, and events, and providing courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
