About The Position

Support the operations of the GHSR Food & Beverage (F&B) Department, which includes: the Grill, Snack Bar and Red Brick Eats, as a safe, pleasant and highly attractive place for guests to eat and relax and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

Requirements

Adequate physical agility to perform the physical tasks required in this job description.
Ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to kneel, bend, reach, twist and climb.
Ability to communicate clearly and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability and willingness to deal positively and respectfully with guests and other employees.
Ability and willingness to follow directions, practices and procedures.
Ability to handle money transactions, including accurate entry, collection, and change-making.
Willingness to smile, be happy, and treat all guests and other employees with courtesy and respect.
Flexibility to work variable hours and days, including weekends and holidays.
