Coyote Springs Golf Course, located in Coyote Springs, NV, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Food Beverage Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Located approximately 50 miles outside of the Las Vegas Strip, Coyote Springs Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Experience. Since opening in 2008, Coyote Springs is considered by most to be Jack’s finest desert creation! Requirements
- 1-2 years of related experience in F&B.
- Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws.
- Food and beverage/beverage cart and banquet experience.
- Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong service orientation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Nevada Driver’s License, current & valid.
- Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM), current & valid.
- Health Card (SNHD), current & valid.
- Las Vegas METRO issued non-gaming work card.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to various areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
- Work in the bar and grill area, serving staff, bartending staff, and banquet events.
- Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor.
