About The Position

Crafty's Food & Beverage Associate IIs, known internally as "The Independent Contributor," are the versatile backbone of our in-office Concierge pantry program. They are ready for immediate deployment to any site, navigating new client spaces and executing any task list successfully without a prior walkthrough. This is a high-energy role for people who thrive with independence and derive genuine satisfaction from an organized, elevated space. The F&B Associate II is typically trained across 15+ locations, is on call for coverage needs, and independently travels to assigned locations each day. This role also takes on increased "Day-of Leadership" and implementation oversight responsibilities, including QC checks and peer support when assigned.

Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed

Trained in executing a quality control check and providing constructive, actionable feedback. Responsibilities

Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning clients' office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed
Customer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service
Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)
Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork
