Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • One to two years beverage or equivalent experience
  • Knowledgeable in total beverage service
  • Ability to train, follow and execute training manuals
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills; verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime as business needs dictate
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) preferred
  • Prior gaming experience preferred
  • Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred
  • Promotional events experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
  • Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
  • Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
  • Maintains product menu and assists in recording product inventories.
  • Maintains established quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health department and customer service standards.
  • Responsible for supporting compliance to departmental budgets.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.
  • Assists Manager with administrative duties, as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
