About The Position
Azul Hospitality is hiring food and beverage and culinary staff for the pre-opening team at the dual-brand AC Hotel by Marriott and Element by Westin in Phoenix, Arizona. The hotel is scheduled to open in Q4 2026 and will have 240 guestrooms, AC Kitchen & Patio, the AC Lounge, Element’s Rise breakfast, and more than 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Roles listed include bartenders, servers, a bartender lead, cooks, dishwashers, a lead cook, and a complimentary breakfast attendant. Because of the cyclical nature of hospitality, staff may be required to work varying schedules to meet hotel business needs.
