About The Position

National Star Services, a nationwide facility management company with over 28 years of experience, is currently hiring Food Packers in Des Plaines, IL 60018. This role involves assembling and packaging food items according to production orders, following recipes and menu specifications, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality. The position operates on either a 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), with workdays from Monday through Sunday, and two days off each week. The pay rate is $17.50 per hour, with overtime available, and payment is biweekly.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Must have and wear slip-resistant shoes
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to start as soon as possible
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
