This position is responsible for completing assigned duties and tasks professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner. The technician must have a thorough understanding of The Veranda Cafe and Vending operations. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing cash handling and register operations, adhering to food handling and sanitation requirements, preparing Starbucks beverages according to protocol, and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness. The role also involves recording food service and DHEC reports, logs, and records, and upholding all DHEC/DNV regulations related to food safety, facility upkeep, cleaning, and sanitation. The ability to multi-task and work at a fast, consistent pace is essential.
