About The Position
Monitors and reports on the food services operational procedures and policies across 169 school locations, to include compliance with labor, purchasing, menus, uniforms, profitability and cash handling procedures in the school cafeterias. Ensures the optimization of Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) assets, including but not limited to cash, purchased products, and personnel. Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) is the 22nd largest school district in the nation and the 3rd largest in Maryland with over 21,000 employees supporting over 111,000 students.
