About The Position

As a Dietary Aide, you will assist the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook with preparing and serving food to residents and patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or sub-acute care center. The role is performed in an institutional kitchen environment. The employee must safeguard residents’ protected health information from improper use and disclosure in accordance with state and federal law. Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in food service or caregiving is a plus.
• Ability to perform the position’s physical demands, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
