This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality product reaches guests and meets specifications. The supervisor will conduct daily shift meetings, assist in training new staff, and support management in motivating, developing, coaching, and counseling staff to ensure proper guest service. The position also involves assisting with labor controls, assigning duties, reporting staff issues to management, and maintaining high standards of service efficiency, sanitation, and training. Additionally, the supervisor will assist management with opening and closing responsibilities, oversee dining room setup, conduct walk-throughs, and maintain dining room cleanliness. The role includes relaying orders to the kitchen or bar, serving courses, and taking the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
