About The Position

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor in our Seven Devils restaurant, you'll assist in the supervision of the front of house operations. You'll build on your skills and discover new ones. You'll assist the restaurant manager in developing the team members. You'll work with the team members to produce elevated food and beverage offerings and help them create outstanding experiences. You will use the tools and development provided by Tamarack Resort to grow sales and increase profits while you grow and develop both personally and professionally.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of previous serving and/or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Genuine, happy leader, who couples humility with a high desire to serve and please.
  • Passionate individuals who are driven, open to coaching, and are committed to delivering mountain hospitality with personality.
  • Ability/flexibility to work 40 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
  • Self-discipline and initiative.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic people skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train and motivate a diverse employee group.
  • Knowledge of computers sufficient to fulfill supervisor functions.
  • Stable and progressive work history.
  • Must enjoy working and interacting with the public.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Education: High School or GED.
  • Previous Work Experience: 1 - 2 Years Restaurant Experience.
  • Attitude - fresh, optimistic, enthusiastic, and service-laced.
  • Aptitude - ability to think quickly on your feet, make smart decisions.
  • Adaptability - willingness to be a functioning member of a team, and lend a helping hand to any teammate at any time.
  • Availability – must be very flexible in your schedule and be able to adapt to flux in business.
  • Oral and Written comprehension and communication in English (primary).

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of cuisine and general familiarity of wine is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operation of company vehicles is required.
