About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the Food and Beverage Team at Peacock Alley. This luxurious Forbes 4-Star property, surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, features 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining. In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of Peacock Alley, reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, and overseeing 30 Front of House Team Members. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and knowledge of coffee and a beverage operation. Prior experience in fine dining and a luxury hotel is preferred.
