About The Position

THE SEAGATE IS SEEKING A FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR TO OVERSEE DINING OPERATIONS ACROSS OUR RESORT PROPERTIES. THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, SUPPORTING AND SUPERVISING STAFF, AND MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF QUALITY AND HOSPITALITY. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE, EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AND A PASSION FOR CREATING MEMORABLE GUEST EXPERIENCES.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a luxury hospitality or club setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
A proactive, guest-focused attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues effectively.
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and support team members, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Monitor service standards and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee inventory, requisitions, and cost controls while minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all outlets.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement service enhancements and operational improvements.
Perform hands-on support during busy service periods to maintain seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, reports, and other administrative duties as needed.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
