About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Ballantyne Country Club. In this role, you will oversee the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and fine dining standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
- Train and mentor staff on food safety practices and service excellence.
- Manage inventory and assist in budgeting for food and beverage departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dining areas.
- Implement fine dining standards to enhance member experiences.
