About The Position

The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations in the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and/or breakfast area. This role ensures excellent guest service, high-quality food and beverage standards, and smooth team performance.

Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage or restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and customer service standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support food and beverage staff during shifts.
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and performance of team members.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly.
  • Help manage inventory, supplies, and ordering as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
