About The Position
The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations in the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and/or breakfast area. This role ensures excellent guest service, high-quality food and beverage standards, and smooth team performance.
Requirements
- Previous food and beverage or restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and customer service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support food and beverage staff during shifts.
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance of team members.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly.
- Help manage inventory, supplies, and ordering as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
