  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations
  • Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners
  • Ensure excellent customer service and Member satisfaction
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
  • Assist with shift coordination when necessary
  • Help coach new employees on company procedures and service expectations
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Assist with monthly beverage inventory
  • Support point-of-sale procedures
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management teams
  • Help maintain labor cost controls
  • Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
