About The Position

The Beautiful AC Hotel in downtown Greenville is recruiting for a Food and
Beverage Outlets Sales Manager.   The Food and Beverage Outlet Sales Manager is
responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and
overseeing sales initiatives while promoting the 5 different outlets at the AC
Hotel including Juniper, Paloma, AC Kitchen, Social Burger and the Press Room.
This role focuses on developing strategies to attract and retain customers,
maximizing revenue through promotions, events, and partnerships, and ensuring an
exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a combination of education and previous experience in Sales, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations and event planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with both clientele and fellow associates
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Creative thinker with the ability to design unique promotions and packages
• Team Player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, for group bookings, and special events.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions, campaigns, and packages to drive sales.
• Work closely with the outlet management team to ensure alignment between sales goals and operational capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
