About The Position
The Wyndham Grand Jupiter is seeking a service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily food and beverage operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role leads the Food & Beverage team, maintains high service and quality standards across outlets and events, and drives operational efficiency, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences. The manager oversees restaurants, bars, and catering services; develops the team; supports revenue growth and cost control; and collaborates with the General Manager on operational strategies, budgets, and business plans. The position also ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and responds to guest feedback and concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing food and beverage operations in hotels or restaurants.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for outstanding guest service and driving team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality dining experiences.
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with standards.
- Drive revenue growth through menu development, upselling, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on operational strategies, budgets, and business plans.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Foster a positive team culture emphasizing professionalism, accountability, and engagement.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
