About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join their team as a Food and Beverage Manager. This role involves providing strategic leadership for Food and Beverage operations to achieve financial and quality goals. The manager will ensure the effective and efficient operation of all facets of the hotel's Food and Beverage operations, continuously improving the current model and managing in alignment with Pyramid Global Hospitality's mission, operating philosophy, standards, and values. The AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks, where this role is based, is known for its service excellence and is looking for a team member who can contribute to this reputation.

Responsibilities
- Attend weekly meetings and relay information about upcoming events to supervised staff.
- Provide information about Food and Beverage capabilities and programs to other departments, clients, and potential clients.
- Respond to the needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of standards for food, beverage, and service quality commensurate with a first-class operation.
- Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
- Develop standards of productivity for food and beverage personnel.
- Create appealing, high-quality, marketable cycle menus and special event menus.
- Foster a comfortable atmosphere to encourage committed and loyal employees.
- Oversee hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
- Develop management skills in employees.
- Assist in all Food and Beverage operations as needed.
