This 360-suite waterside hotel is connected by skybridge to the Tampa Convention Center and is conveniently located near Benchmark International Arena, the Florida Aquarium and Port Tampa Bay. In this position, you will report to an assistant director of food and beverage, as well as a complex director of food and beverage. You will oversee the evening/PM food and beverage operations in the Taste, Market, Starbucks, In-Room Dining and Pool Bar (seasonally) outlets. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of two years restaurant or food and beverage manager experience.
