The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for ensuring food and beverage standards are executed properly, actively participating in operations during peak times, and maintaining a deep understanding of F&B inventory control. This role also involves administrative duties such as staff scheduling, monitoring records for inventory, labor cost, food cost, and guest service scores. The manager will audit and maintain departmental control procedures, control costs through various expense management systems, and ensure employees maintain appropriate certifications. Additionally, the position oversees the selection, training, discipline, and termination of Food & Beverage employees in accordance with hotel policies.
