About The Position

The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Waldorf Astoria Orlando’s lobby lounge, Peacock Alley, and the new coffee shop, Park Avenue Café. This role involves directly managing a team of 15-20 individuals and reporting to the Restaurant General Manager. The position is focused on creating memorable guest experiences and contributing to the overall success of the food and beverage outlets within the luxurious Forbes 4-Star property.

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Passion for creating extraordinary experiences.
• Talent for training and developing others.
• Experience in all aspects of restaurant operations (financial performance, social media reputation, local market capture, and employee relations).
• At least 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment.
