About The Position

This role involves leading a team in a food and beverage setting within a lodge. The Lead will interact with guests and team members, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Responsibilities include inventory, ordering, timekeeping, and adhering to company and health department standards. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure. A professional appearance and adherence to all regulations are expected.

Requirements

  • Must be flexible with working on weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work closely with others.
  • Open communication is necessary.
  • Must be able to lift or move at least 25lbs regularly.
  • Must be able to work in any weather condition.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be comfortable and capable of leading a team.
  • Must have knowledge of all department of health standards or have the ability to learn.
  • Must have knowledge of the Point of Sale system or have the ability to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with hosts and guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Lead team by providing clear instructions, coaching, and guidance.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and efficient working conditions.
  • Assist with business-related functions including weekly inventory, proper ordering, and timekeeping.
  • Comply with Callaway standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations.
  • Communicate concerns up the proper channels for resolution.
  • Effectively listen to, understand, and clarify guest concerns and issues.
  • Abide by all cash handling standards.
  • Learn and apply department of health standards.
  • Learn and utilize the Point of Sale system.
  • Lead a team effectively.
  • Work well with a team.
  • Work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
  • Interact with guests and hosts in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing a name tag and proper uniform.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
