About The Position

WonderWorks Orlando is looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join their team! This role involves creating a "WONDERful" dining experience for guests by taking orders at the register, preparing and fulfilling orders in a friendly and efficient manner. The position is seasonal and part-time, with weekly pay every Friday at $17/hour. Access to discounts for WonderWorks and other Orlando Attractions is provided, along with 401K plans available after 90 days of employment. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous themed entertainment experience is preferred
• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days with ANY shift time during the week (Monday-Friday) AND at least one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) with ANY shift time

Responsibilities

• Positively welcome, greet, and engage with all guests in the café area
• Take and prepare orders for guests in a high-volume environment
• Operate point-of-sale system to process guest orders
• Stock food and beverages according to FIFO methods and health code
• Ensure all tables and seating areas are clean and the condiment area is stocked
• Perform other duties as assigned
